Deloitte & Regional Operations: Led payroll operations across multiple CE South countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Bulgaria, Serbia). Built and scaled start-up business processes for Serbia, transforming ideas into actionable plans and bringing projects to production. Developed business plans from scratch up to €700K budget.
Leadership & Delivery: Over 5 years managing Delivery and Implementation departments. On-boarded three global payroll vendors in the Serbian market: ADP, SD Worx, and Alight. Ensured smooth vendor integration and operational excellence.
Country & Client Management: 6+ years as Country Director for Serbia, managing 65+ international clients, including Forbes 100 companies. Oversaw end-to-end payroll, compliance, and service delivery.

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Niš, with 10+ years of accounting experience, including Head of Accounting at Pension Fund Serbia. Joined our company in 2018, actively contributing to the development of processes, internal controls, and financial reports.
